Yoga and Yoga Therapy
In this tranquille space I offer one to one yoga , yoga therapy and vinyasa classes to very small groups of 4 to ensure that I can always give everyone personal attention. All are welcome, yoga is for every body!

Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy differs from a yoga class in that all the powerful tools of yoga are used to treat a broad range of specific health or emotional issues. This might involve, relaxation techniques, meditation, visualisation, breathwork, movement or other elements of traditional yoga. It is tailored to your needs and is holistic treating the body and mind as one. It is complementary and can be practiced alongside any conventional medical treatment.

One to One Yoga
Perhaps you feel you would like to go deeper with your practice, or work on something specific, progress more, or simply work with me one to one. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and you receive take home practices and a course plan.

Groups
Vinyasa style yoga is a more flowing practice using movement and breath. The classes are in courses of 6 with the theme changing every 6 weeks. The groups are kept very small and intimate in order to give everyone personal attention.
